The Appetizer formally known as....

Recently, it was brought to the Hotel's attention, via a deftly crafted cease and desist letter, that one of our dishes shared the same moniker as a trademarked offering from a  chain of eateries in an eastern Pennsylvania city known for its brotherly love (and for throwing snowballs at Santa during a professional football game).  Thanks to an astute law clerk who passed Googling 101 at law school, the firm representing said establishment became privy to our menu item.  Little to our knowledge, our appetizer, consisting of battered fries topped with lump crab meat and cheese, was labeled with a trademarked term.  Being the good sports we are, and not wanting anyone to mistakenly think they might be in Philly, we're more than happy to honor their request (and far too cheap to pay attorney fees fighting it)  So keep your eyes peeled, we still have the dish on our menu, it will just be called something different.
